  1. Nope .. and make sure when you travel with them you use a hard case WITHOUT a lock. If locked they will break your case open.

  3. No you cannot take a club, or set of clubs, as carry on luggage.  They do present a potential threat.

    Additionally, you will want to check the airlines policy for oversized luggage, particularly golf clubs.  Some airlines do charge extra and some agents at the ticket counter will attempt to charge you extra even though their web site states there will be no additional charge.

  4. No, golf clubs are on the non carry on list.  Check out the TSA website attached...

  5. No, they are too long to fit in the overhead compartment. You need to remember that there are many others on the plane that also have personal items to bring on, it would be selfish of you to take up so much space (even if the clubs would fit).
