  1. of course u can....

  2. I don't think you can bring a pit bull with you on an airplane, and I don't think you can bring it to Vietnam.

  3. Your first answer to this question was rather sarcastic, but not far from the truth.

You can bring your dog with you to Vietnam, be it a pit bull or otherwise. However, the paperwork, process and cost will make it very prohibitive. I also believe there might be a quarantine period, which could be longer than your stay in Vietnam. If you are able to take your dog with you and get past the quarantine, your dog will be in greater danger than if you left it in the U.S.

Depending on where you are at in Vietnam, your dog will be dead by sundown if it gets loose. Many joke about Vietnamese eating dogs, but it's actually the truth at least for some Vietnamese. Two of my uncles eat dog regularly and your pit bull won't make it to the end of the block if they found it wandering in front of their house.

Save yourself the headache (and save your dog's life) by finding someone to watch your dog for you or find a dog hotel.

    Have a great trip!

  4. ''oh my god John,  you gotta be joking?''  first of all why the h**l wuld you take an animal like that to a crowded third world country?  this vicious type of dog would freak out and attack.  especially around excited Viet kids. and most of the population are kids.  your dog would get killed, then cooked and served in a saigon dusk cafe.  then your butt is going to get sued by whoever your bad *** dog attacked.   your looking for trouble.  dont do it and dont think about it.  go alone and have fun.  take your dog to a kennal.  same price as if you were to ship the pit. much safer that way.   why dont you go alone and have a blast?  so many massage girls that will spend your head and wallet.  all you need is a couple grand.  you can play like a king for a couple of weeks.  why would you even consider the dog?  what do you and that dog really do?.
