yes, no, it depends. if you have a baby and you bring baby food, formula, etc. then they will allow that. if you try to bring in a full picnic, then no. they will not allow coolers. if you have a bag of chips or something like that in your back pack they will usually let it slide. they usually don't allow anything home made because of the simple fact that it may go bad in the florida heat. if it comes pre-packaged (cookies, chips, etc) and doesn't require cooling, they usually let it slide.
