Can you bring marijuana seeds on an airplane?

the first summer that i'm 18 i am going to visit Amsterdam. i was thinking of getting some purple kush or white willow seeds or something while i'm there to bring back to the states to grow my own really good weed. can i bring them on the plane cause i heard theyre legal even in the states. i will be growing it in the woods. do you think its worth it cause i'll be moving there the summer after when i graduate from high school?
