Can you bring safety pins and wear spiked collars and still get through security?

Question

I have a spiked collar that I wear everyday and I feel naked without it...I've taken it off for airports before I got to security but I still don't know if it is aloud on or not. I also wear a bracelet with spikes that aren't sharp, and I'm not sure about that either...And what about pins?

its metal..therefore the METAL detector will go off

thats why you have to take off a belt.. the metal buckle
