  1. Yes, you can as long as your ISP allows you to operate a server on their connection.  Most do not, but it is entirely possible.

  2. If you have the skills and money (you can get linux free, but the hardware is not) you can. However, most ISPs require a business access plan in order to host that much traffic. If you try it on a regular home connection (even broadband) they may throttle, limit, or completely cut off your access.

So conclusion, if you have some sort of business internet connection, the time and money for a good server, and the know-how of how to run/manage it than there is nothing stopping you.

  3. Do you really intend to pass such an expensive and complicated process? You should know your site would be unavailable whenever your PC is turned off, and you're leaving yourself open to attacks. So I recommend get a reliable company to do that in return for a few dollars.

Take a look at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their service is really great and easy to use.

  4. there are many dedicated server provider choose anyone. If you need a new one i can do it.

  5. Yes, you can.  You can also host the DNS servers from your home if you like.  You're going to need plenty of bandwidth though.  Standard DSL or cable will still run rather slow.  If you have any questions about linux or setting up the apache webserver feel free to email me.
