Can you build a park around a small catch/recharge basin?

The "lake" portion of the 3 acres is about 1 acre big. The property is located on Long Island, which has an aquifer system.

  2. , sounds perfect for a small park ,its the water level constant ,if not can you make it so???

    what is the quality of the water ???

    is it full all year round ????or is there a pump into the system to mauntain water levels

    build a good circumference and have trees even ly spaced ,

    put in at least three or four kinds of fish ,and plant heavily on the edges of the lake

    because of the edge effect and to produce food for the fish ,and have some ducks,(the little ones that dont destroy so much )

    ,put in some public toilets with an organic end solution,and build a coffee bar ,then you can charge for visitors to pay for the maintenance
