Can you build your own apts on sims 2 apt. life?

I wanted this game to be the landlord and build my own apts. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You can make your own apartment complex, and collect rent from your tenants every 3 days. Depending on how large the apartment is, the more your tenants will have to pay. On the other hand, bigger ones will be less... attractive, due to the cost. You can change the cost/square foot ratio, but keep in mind, you pay the bills, not them. So, the more items your tenants have in their houses, the more you have to pay. Thus, you can increase the cost/square foot ratio on that specific apartment... if you prefer.

well you can but you have to use a cheat to change the lot zoning to apartment, you can find that cheat on thesims2.com i think it's something like changelotzoning apartmentbase  but don't use that i'd check the site. good luck with your apartments!!!!!!
