I don't know if I have genital warts, but its like this bump that appeared on the lip of my groin, and i busted it with a needle, and blood can out, and a little pus, and it didn't really hurt when I did that. The bump on my groin felt like a smooth pimple that you can get on your nose. The bump is soft, and it doesn't hurt when I press down on it. Can it be as simple as a pimple?

  1. Although you can develop a pimple anywhere you have follicles with sebaceous glands (including the groin), this sounds more like a simple case of folliculitis or possibly a boil (although boils are usually painful).  Yes, though, it could be a pimple.

It's not a wart.  All warts are cause by a strain of HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), and they do not produce any pus.
