Can you buy a Visa Gift Card with another Visa Gift Card?

I know you guys think its kinda weird but, i want a $75 gift card and i already have one that has $30 on it and ill just pay for the rest, I'd rather have one card than two separate cards. But to me it make sense, any help?

That makes sense. I think if the card is accepted at the place you're buying the card and if the card runs through, it should work.
