Can you buy a ceiling fan that runs on batteries?

I know what your thinking this question should go under the category of stupid questions but I'm serious.It sounds like a good idea to me.Thanks for any replies.

I seriously doubt it. Because it won't run very long because they will use up the power in minutes. You might be interested to know they sell solar power attic fans but i doubt that is what you want.
