Yes, before, maybe 7 years, I had one, it seems it was TELSON. It had phone book. Not very easy to use, but still a phonebook. Now there should be lots of such phones

yes...mine does...get the DECT 6.0 Panasonic....you can program, the name, number...assign a ring tone!!  also add other info to it...its a Data-base you have to program....then you can transfer the data-base to all the other extensions in your house, but you don't have too, since every extension phone is independent from the main base phone phone book!! It took some e time to do it, but you only need to do it once....!
