I am disabled with lupus. My only income is SSI and child support of four hundred dollars a month.

Is it possible to qualify for the HUD programs for home buyers?

  1. .    HUD doesn't loan you any money.  They guarantee that the local bank will not lose any money on your loan.  Go to a local bank and get your loan.

  2. You need to contact your local HUD office. They will be able to tell you if you can qualify.

  3. You will never know until you try so get all of your paperwork together and go to the HUD office and apply! Good Luck!

  4. you would have to have the income and good credit to borrow the money from the bank and your income is not very much.. I doubt it unless you have something for collateral or a co signer.. Plus if you did qualify you would still have to have the downpayment and filing fees just like you were buying a regular house
