Can you buy a prepaid phone from like radio shack n get a prepaid card from tmobile n still get thier offer?

like t mobile prepaid card is like $25 for 130 minutes but idk if thats only if i buy a prepaid phone from tmobile to get that offer or can i buy a phone from somwhere else n still get 25 for 130

It has to be a T-Mobile Phone....they sell them at other places like Target or Walmart.  But you can't just buy any random phone.
