  1. You will not be able to buy a Genuine Visa anywhere in the world.

You will be able to apply for a visa to the relevant consulate/embassy in your region. Its purely the consulate/embassy's discreation to grant/refuse a visa.

If you are offered with a visa by paying money, you can take it granted that "IT IS FAKE" & you may be caught at the immigration check.

  2. Probably fruntin.  Each nation in Africa has its own visa regime.  For some countries, it's only a matter of paying for the visa, for others, you have to go through a long application process.  Check out the country information sheets on www.travel.state.gov for information on each country in Africa.

  3. Some countries offer visas at the port of entry.  You fill out the form, pay the fee and get the visa on the spot.

  4. If you have seen a visa recently, I would say he is a liar. They are very difficult to get and nearly forge proof, at least a US visa is...also they have lists of who was granted visas, they can easily tell a fake by scanning it at a border control point, so I would say he is a definitive liar.
