Can you buy absinthe in the UK?

Yes, but it's not real absinthe.

You can get it from any corner shop - classier booze shops seem to steer clear of it, so go for one of the seedier ones or ones run by Asians (they don't seem to care who they sell to). Usually sells for £25 upwards.

yes it's legal to buy absinthe. Think the max % vol alcohol is 25%. Proper absinthe is between 45%-75% Most off licences or supermarkets sell it.

Yes you can although it won't be the real thing.

Tesco, Threshers and some smaller cornershops or specialist off licences will sell it and it carries a hefty price tag and usually comes in 50cl bottles.

You cannot get the proper one in the uk, you need to wait until you go abroad and get some or get someone to bring it back! Or just buy the rubbish ones that the supermarkets and off sales sell there isn't much point in that tho!
