Can you buy chrome oven switches and fridge socets?

Hi

I have recently replaced my white kitchen tiles with black ones and now i need to replace the main oven socekt, fridge and boiler as they are all big whites ones that are fixed on top of the tiles. Does anybody know anywhere online or in stores where i can buy these?

As an electrician I would not recommend using chrome/brass/metal sockets and switches.  The sockets are used more in a kitchen and they will get scratched, the other thing is grease and moisture in the kitchen will make them tarnish quicker. After a few months your beautiful kitchen will look horrible with tarnished chrome.   They are available at your local electrical wholesaler or screwfix.

Any good diy shop will carry them. Homebase, B&Q, Woodies etc.. Smaller shops will have them, but expect to pay more.

B&Q do them but they are a tw£% to keep clean even finger prints (which are pretty much avoidable when looking for light switches in the dark) stand out a lot.

Screwfix have them, and they also have metallic black Nickel effect ones which might look even better
