Yes, you can.  You will need to call the airline you want to fly on, and charge the ticket to a credit card.  Most airlines add an extra fee for booking over the phone, so it's cheaper to do it online.

No idea what country you're even in.  But if you're in the US, you can call 800-555-1212, which is toll-free directory assistance, and ask for the 800 number of whatever airline you want.

Most airlines have telephone reservation numbers that can easily be found on their websites.  Without knowing which airline you wish to book with, no one here will be able to give you a specific phone number.
