Can you buy paracetomel in spain?

Need these tablets daily in Tenerife

Yes, go to the "farmacia" (green illuminated crosses outside), and ask for paracetamol (presume that's what you meant). Spelt the same, pronounced slightly differently Pronounce the "c" as "th" i.e. parathetamol, stressing the "e")

You have to buy from a  pharmacy, not sold in shops, petrol stations etc

I would imagine any pharmacy would sell them, you'e only going to tenerife not the back of beyond.. Or just take a small supply with you (but not too many incase customs think you are up to something dodgy).

Yes you can certainly buy them in mainland Spain and I imagine they will be available on Tenerife from a pharmacia but be careful as they will be 650 grams as opposed to the 500 gram tablets available in the UK

Yes of course you can. But I always bring a few packets from the UK, they are really cheap there.

in spain, they're so relaxed that they just hand it over to you over the counter in a 'farmacia'. There are usually quite a few of these in towns and neighbourhoods. You can spot them by seeing the big flashing bright green crosses sticking out... Paracetamol in spanish is pronounced: parathetamoll
