Can you buy personalized beer anywhere?

I wanted to buy some personalized beer for soemone for thier 50th birthday party. Do you know where I could buy personalized beer? I have only found a place in the UK that does not ship over seas, and personalized labels that are like $20. Any suggestions would be helpful.
