Can you buy stuff on ebay and amazon with cash.?

You can put cash into your PayPal account but you have to have a PayPal account, you can't just hand somebody bills. (Ebay) You have to use a credit card like all other online shopping sites. (Amazon)

You can't and even if you could there would be no way to prove you sent it. Go to a grocer, post office, or bank and spend a few cents for a money order.

Don't forget they will not ship until they receive payment and it clears.
