You can call a radio station 24-7-365 days a year.  

The only thing is, most stations are so tightly formatted, and programed, that they will usually be unable to play a request.  

You may get lucky sometimes, and the song that you want to hear is already on the play list for that hour.  

Some stations have specific times that you can call in and request music, such as a request and dedication party or something like that.

So, go ahead, give your fave station a call, if you are able to get though, you may just get lucky and they could play what you want to hear.

Yeah you can, I know I've called at 3AM requesting and song. The best part is that they play the song shortly after, not like the day time.
