Can you call someone From your computer?

can u call someones cell phone from your homecomputer.?? if you can do you know what site? casue i am out of minutes on my cell and my home phone isnt hocked upp.. soo please help i need to call someone!

I think there's a way to do it through yahoo messenger...

yes you can but you need a phone card hooked up to your internet

yes w/ skype its free vicemail and regular skype isnt

yeah like i think cingular has this plan where you can use the wifi in your house to call people, or u cn use a vonage phone, or some other int. phone.
