Can you call the health dept. for this?

Ok so we live in this ugly *** apartment and we keep getting bedbug bites right now i have about 20 on my left leg so can we call health dept. to force our owner to call an extiremanator?

Definitely call the health department, if you've notified the landlord.  You could also contact your local housing authority.
