Can you cancel your order at Theneocube.com for anyone who's ordered from there?

Theneocube.com has it so that it takes 4-8 weeks to send out your neocube after you've paid. They've already take the money out. I was wondering if you were able to cancel the order about 5 days from ordering and get your money back to your card?

It doesn't say anywhere on there website anything about returns or cancellations, contact then via the email address on their customer service page/
