  1. No, you can castle with your king queenside.

  2. Castling involves moving your king to safety and bring the rook in to the center simultaneously.Queen in not involved in the process. You must have misread the instructions but you can castle either king or queen side with the king

  3. a queen is not used in castling

  4. Castling is performed with the King and one of the Rooks, assuming neither piece has yet moved. There is no castling in standard chess rules involving the Queen. - LJS

  5. when you castle on the queen's side, you don't use the queen. to castle queen side, you move your king two squares toward your rook and move the rook over on the square to the right of the king.

to castle king side, you move your king two squares toward your rook and move your rook over on the left of the king.

however, there are conditions for castling for both king and queen side:

    1. there has to be nothing in the king's way when castling (that means all pieces on the side you want to castle on has to be out of the way)

    2. you can't castle if you've already moved your king or the rook on the side you want to castle on

    3. you can't castle into check, away from check, or through check.

  6. no but you can castle with your king on the queenside

if there are no pieces in between and ur king is not moving through check, you move it 2 spaces to the left and put the rook on the other side of ur king
