Can you change a paypal account in skype?

I canceled a account linked to skype, re linked a new email which is linked to a paypal account i currently have a band account with in another country., and all i see is this:

Your Skype account is not linked to a PayPal account.

A Skype account will become linked to a PayPal account if it has successfully received money from a Skype contact.

How does a skype contact put money into paypal is what i am scratching my head over here?

Yes you can!!! First go to your paypal account and cancel skype payments. Then you go back to your skype and change your e-mail address to your new e-mail linked to your new paypal account. After that you choose to top up your skype acc; (here you'll be asked to sign in to your Paypal) use your new paypal e-mail account.
PS. If your are changing Country don't forget to change currency also.
