Can you change a reloadable debit card's information?

I made the mistake of buying a reloadable debit card and being only 17. I just typed in a different year so i was 18, but now the cards blocked. Is there anyway I can change my information so i didnt just waste my money? Its a MasterCard by the way.

I doubt it. They cannot keep your money, though. Just call them and explain the situation.
