Can you change the ISO on a canon rebel xti?

of course, i know how to change it between 200/400/800/1600, but is there any way to change it to something random, like 750?

No, you can't just set it to some random number.

You can only change the ISO in whole stops on the XTi. 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1600.

In the more recent cameras above the Rebel line (30D/40D/5D/1DmkIII/1DsmkIII/etc), you can set the ISO in 1/3 stop increments and have an increased ISO range (50 and 3200 and probably higher in future cameras).
