Can you change the person you already bought airline tickets for?

well my cousins are coming and all of them couldnt make the airline ticket cause they are a big huge family! so only two of them can go and thats my aunt and neice but the plane tickets are named for my cousin and her husband

you cannot change another person.  The person has to change him/herself.

but apart from that....if you have refundable tix, they are fine; if not, they are screwed.

you will have to check with the airline or agent you bought the ticket off. More often than not airline tickets are non-transferable meaning the people named on the tickets will have to fly or cancel the ticket and put in for a refund.
