I dont think you can... why dont you just start all over again and choose the correct s*x.

You probably have to change your s*x in your main Yahoo! Profile. I'm not sure if you can.... Try it though!

Yes. When you go to Avatar Home, you'll see "Preferences" or "Change your preferences" on the upper right corner. When you click that, there will be some options, and one of them will be, "Change your gender."
