Can you change your PSN name?

As of right now that something that the ps3 can't do. The only way of getting a new name is by creating a sub profile and play with that name. All you would have to do is contact all of your friend with your main profile and message then with your new name. Remember you can't transfer your accomplishment from one name to the other. At least I don't think.

You can't. It's possible only on Japanese PSN.

never on the same account. If you're used to typing in a clan tag with your name like in the ps2 days, don't do it. I did that and my clan tag is part of my name forever. I'm still in the clan fortunately

No not at this stage, you can create a sub account with a different name though
