I agree, we are always changing.  Not to sound annoying but a great book that changed my personality and outlook on life was "How to win friends and influence people."

i dont think we can as oor personalities are who we are , but we can grow and make choices wich can change the way we think and are , for instants many new born christians were maybe antichristian then something happends to them that gave thenm thier own testomony that christ is real and so there for they changed teir lives but not thier personalities as that is what makes them

ie i have become a christian but still ride bikes and go to rallies and have a good time but i have opened my mind more and understand things that i never did before

so nope you dont change your personalitie but we change the way we live as we grow

We can and we continually do so.

Of course, we have innate personality propensities, but our environment and our free will can usurp those tendencies at any time.
