Can you charge a car battery from a 250W PC power supply??

How can i make a battery charger from a power supply off a computer? i have tons of them and they all work. can i link them together somehow and make a good battery charger/car starter somehow???

Well, yes and no.  If you run a DC current into a battery, it will gain a charge, but battery chargers are more complex than that.  As the battery reaches capacity, the charge needs to reduce current, or you could boil the battery.  The circuitry isn't complex, but it's usually a bit more that 12Vdc in.
