  1. Period after updated everyday, remove and, capitalize each.  Those are two independent clauses (sentences) and are a run-on sentence as they stand.  You could join them with a colon, but there is no good reason to do so.  Actually, daily would be a better choice than every day.

Second paragraph - Addionally and also are redundant/repetitive/saying the same thing twice, and therefore create mental confusion which distracts the mind from your message.  Again, you have two independent clauses (phrases which are complete on their own).  Period after wallpapers to us, reamove ane, capitalize Once.  No - replace "once we review it" with "After review,"

  2. In paragraph one:  change "everyday" (an adjective) to "every day" (an adverb phrase).  Also place a comma after "day".

In paragraph two:  change "wallpapers" to "wallpaper" (or change "it" to "them").  Also remove the first "and" and replace with a semicolon (;).

Make these changes and you're set!

  3. 1st sentence--OK

2nd:  The gadget is updated daily and a new wallpaper is (new wallpapers are ) selected to add to the database.

2nd paragraph:  Users of the database may submit their own wallpapers.  When they have been reviewed and approved, the wallpapers  will be published on our website and made available for other users.
