As you can see, my league (head-to-head) allows for plenty of roster space. My Outfield and Starting rotation are really good. My relievers are decent, but the only save producer is Salomon Torres. My infield is average, and it's good to have DeRosa, because I can move him anywhere if someone gets on the DL.

I have 2 roster spaces available, and probably will drop Napoli and Helton (who weren't producing even when off DL).

Can you guys rate my team (1 to 10) and advise any necessary roster movements?

Also, can you guys tell me who I should trade away, and for who?

I was thinking about trading Chan Ho Park (or Pinto) and Christian Guzman for Evan Longoria (who is benched on another team).

almost all of your players are role players derosa can play anywhere so he needs to be on the bench and wait til when he is needed trade ben sheets and jared weaver for Carlos Zambrano and Molina is a defensive catcher and not used for his bat whatsoever so trade him and another player for Geovany Soto he does it all
