  1. Only in rare situations where the defended has another piece or pawn to lose a move, otherwise it is a draw.

  2. No.

You can't force it unless he has a pawn.

This is tricky because you can set up positions where 2 knights can do it, but it would never happen naturally.

I  guess if your opponent is a low grade moron that makes Forrest Gump look like a genius you could.:)

  3. At the end of the game, if one side has only a king and a knight while the other side has only king, the game is a draw since a checkmate is impossible. When a bare king faces a king and two knights, checkmate can occur only if the opponent commits a blunder by moving his king to a square where it may be checkmated on the next move. Otherwise, a checkmate can never be forced.

  4. A King and two Knights can not FORCE checkmate against a lone King.

It is possible for a King and two Knights to "force" checkmate against a King and a pawn, if the pawn can be moved.

    For example, from this position:

White:  King on b6,  Knights on d6 and h4

Black: King on a8, pawn on h5

    1. Ng6 /  h4

    2. Ne5 / h3

    3. Nc6 / h2

    4. Nb5 / h1=Q

    5. Nc7 mate

Without the black pawn on the board, the game would end with a stalemate

On a side note, it is possible, but very difficult, to force mate against a lone King using your King, a Bishop and a Knight.  The maneuver is so difficult that players at the "expert" level have been known to s***w it up under time pressure.  It requires very, very careful planning to not let the lone King "slip away" from the mating net.

  5. Sorry the checkmate with 2 knights and king vs King can't be forced

  6. i dont think so

  7. Just to clarify. You can checkmate your opponent with two knights. For example from this position:

    6K1/8/6k1/6n1/6n1/8/8/8 b - - 0 1

    Nf6+ Kh8, Nf7 checkmate

However checkmate is only possible in any KNN vs K position if your opponent allows you it. In the example above white could have played Kf8 avoiding checkmate. For this reason if the game reaches a king and two knights vs. a lone king, either side can claim a draw to end the game because there is no forced checkmate.
