Can you chill a soft-boiled egg?

Are soft-boiled eggs affected by being refrigerated while in the shell? Will it make the yolk firm up? Also would anyone know how you could reheat it then?

  1. i would make soft boiled eggs to serve, and wouldnt make them ahead of time, it will cost you more time to figure out how to serve the refridgerated ones then if you made them to order. make them to order, discussion over!


  2. They will only be good for salad or sandwiches, if you chill them.
