  1. Sure you can.............

But be prepared to be knocked back, or a long drawn out fight.

  2. Write to your state Planning Minister, be grateful you don't have to deal with Frank Sartor.

  3. You can claim for a reduction in your council tax and business rates.

Your local council will wish to cite "public good" to minimise the amount of your claim, so it's important that you keep a record of your loss of trade.

As well as your account of trading losses, you will be asked to provide comparable figures for similar trading periods.

You should try to be as congenial as possible because you, effectively, will be dealing with the same people who grant the licenses.

  4. i am pretty sure that you could claim for loss of business

try ringing the local council or citizens adivce bureau

they usually have loads of informative advice

    thanks

  5. i would very like to claim, and ask too much such as good place for relocation and 6 months of my highest income

  6. I would have a go, especially if they did not advise you as to this event happening. I would also ask for a reduction on your Business Council Tax too as it has effected your business.
