Can you clean the testable thc from a hookah?........

ok i haaaave a buddy right he been smoking bud in his hookah every once in while but then he got in trouble now hes on probation and night hawk and he really doesn't want to get rid of a 200 hookah is it possible after many uses of just shisha that there will eventually b no more testable thc left

if that wont work is there any possible way to clean the hookah so there is no testable thc.
