Can you climb the leaning tower of pisa?

i heard that you can't anymore. or is this the eifel tower??

Sorry. i thought with ropes ....i read "climbing" and i thought to free climb :-))

you can, but not in every period. But it's nothing special, believe me , it's more funny climbing the eiffel tower :-)

i was there in april and u could climb then and i just read that u can.  but im not positive on that

Yes, you can climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

There was a period of about 10 years that it was closed so that it could be shored up to prevent it from toppling over. It was reopened several years ago, however they limit the number of people that can go up at any given time so it is wise to make reservations. Currently you cannot. They change it occassionally for periods of time, citing reasons of safet, etc.
