Can you colour your hair white (light blond) on top of bleach blond highlights?

Question

My fringe has been bleached blond and is in bad condition (frizz) but I want it to look lighter in colour. Can it be coloured white blond on top of the bleach?

Warning!!! you may damage your hair even more! often when trying to get the white blonde look it requires more bleaching which of course isnt good for already damaged hair!

the friz is caused by your hair being damaged, and its not a good idea to bleach it anymore then it already is unless you get it done professionally because they can put treatment in it to keep it healthy.

i wouldnt advice it as i did it and it turned my hair orange, other ppl didnt notice it but i knew it wasnt the colour it should have gone, ur supposed to wait 6 weeks b4 puttin another colour on ur hair otherwise it will just be like straw keep colourin it to get the final result
