Can you contact a Realtor about an apartment search?

I'm looking to move to Orlando next year and I'm being pretty specific on what I want in an apartment. Plus there are quite a few apartments to look at. Is there a way that I can talk to a realtor about helping me narrow down my search? I've tried doing an online search with the things I would like.. but when some people post each apartment they'll leave fields blank or fill it out incorrectly. For example-I'm looking for something in the UCF area, and someone will just put Orlando. Or I want a gated access, but they don't check off it has one or not.

  1. a realtor will be able to help you find what you want.  you may be looking too early.  look about 2 to 3 months before you want to move unless you want to go there and set up.  but you will have to pay rent for the time you are not at the apartment.

  2. look for a property management company. they are like a Realtor but deal in rentals
