Yes, but more so they tend to contact the person on this side of earth. Meaning not one spirit that I have had contact with has been anyone I personally know, but are trying to contact someone I know or usually someone who someone I know knows (confused??lol )

When you have the ability to contact spirit there is very little control as to who will come in.

So, for example, if someone comes to me for a reading, and they say "can you contact my sister who passed away" I may already have had her spirit with me for a few days ahead of the actual reading itself, once the person im reading for visits me spirit will usually clarify in some way that they are there for them. Other times I can be completely blank and dont get any signals from spirit whasoever.

yes you can 100% but it is very dangerous and risky it may even kill you i know many means but i won't tell them as i fear you might try it but still i will give you one and the mos effective method:

Ge an Ouija Board and go to the place where the person you want to contact lived at the time of his death take 2 or 3 companions with you

Go in the person's room you want to contact then place the ouija board in the middle of the room on anything but something on which it  is stable then all of you companions hold hands and then chant the name of the person as many as times you like but more than once and while chanting please concentrate on the person its a must or it wont contact you then you will see some effect on the Ouija Board it will respond in an absurd and angry manner

Then first thank him for responding you then ask him your queries he will answer by the means of the board but one more thing while doing so don't leave each others hands or it might be fatal to all then after you are finished don't stay there for a minute if possible jump from he window but leave the room and even the house in 2 minutes or the soul will be after you and follow for the rest of your life time till don't get rid of him by some means

He may even kill you so be careful and don't tell this method to any one and i mean no one

Yes, you can, but stay away from Ouija Boards, they are dangerous to you if you don't know what you are doing.  There are safer ways of contacting the spirit realms.
