having a major problem accessing account due to password problem. can you help?

Have you got a phone number showing when you look at the eBay home page?

Some members do, it's a newish thing that they're trying out but not available to everyone.

If it's not there, the chances are that any other phone number you can turn up for eBay will either no longer be available, or if you do get through you'll never actually get to speak to anyone.

If you want to try doing a search yourself though, they're based in Richmond upon Thames.

Failing that, is there anything here that will help you
