Can you control the Wii Menu with anything other than the Wii remote?

I left my wii remotes at my friend's house accidentally, so I can't play anything. I have a few games that can use the Gamecube controllers so I can play the Wii without a Wii remote, but if I can't choose anything on the Wii Menu than i still can't do anything. Is there anything else I can use, or something I can do to work around this?

Unfortunately, no. The Classic Controler and Guitar Hero controller both can move the cursor with their analog sticks, but both require a Wiimote to work.

no. you need the wii remote to control everything.

Sorry, but it's all the wii remote's job until you get into a game that uses a different controller.

Anyways you cannot do it using a game cube controller. You have to use the wii remote pointer functionality. Even if you loose your sensor bar your wii is useless
