Can you cover a tattoo?

with some basic concealer for a small tattoo?

Probably not concealer you would find in a drugstore. If you really need to cover the tattoo, I suggest stage makeup. Or you can get a piece of white gaffers tape, then cover that with stage foundation to completely cover it.

it really does depend what tattoo you get. i don't think you could use regular concealer to cover a black tattoo. especially if you're light skinned.   i'm going to agree that stage make up will be your best bet. or getting a tattoo close to the color of your skin. just get the tattoo someplace you can conceal with clothing.
