Can you create a new account and give yourself best answer for questions you asked?

I mean it all makes sense. Why answer other people's questions when you can create a new account, ask questions, answer them with your old account, and give yourself best answer. But the question is.......can you do that?

Yeah,but what would be the point?You'll have to answer other people's questions anyway to have enough points to ask your own questions.
