  1. Yes you can. If you are swimming laps it is especially easy because you  have a lot of oxygen. It is easeier to cry with goggles because then you can have your eyes open to produce the tears.

    good luck*

  2. Probably not because you breathe to cry and you can't breathe underwater. If you could, you wouldn't see it anyway!

  3. Yes, crying is an excess of tears produced by the tear ducts. Crying underwater is thus possible, although they will not stream down your face but dissipate into the water.

    Hope it helps!

  4. yes you can

  5. yeah you can and you can even scream underwater i know this because of scuba diving

  6. yes

  7. yes.  when i was younger and i was on the swimteam and i didnt want to be there and i started crying while i was doing laps.  you get the air when you come up, and you let it all out while your under.

  8. yes but the chlorine will burn your eyes

  9. Yeah, I have.

  10. if you're on a submarine, there should be no issues with crying normally.  if you're in diving gear, then crying would break the seals on the mask and regulator and consequently crying would be the last thing on your mind.  Primarily, you can cry normally underwater, but when it comes to take a breathe there will be problems.  If you cry a happy or sad tear, without much screaming, then that too should be normal and as often happens with underwater scuba weddings.

  11. yes.....once i got hit with a ball in the pool really hard and i started to cry and i did not want anyone to see so i cried underwater.
