Can you custom design a surfboard with spray paint and ketchup?

this summer i went down to Ocean City, NJ and i was talking to some guys about how they customized thier surfboards with spray paint and ketchup. how did they do it?

never heard of using ketchup but dish soap works best.  just pour the soap on your board with some wicked design, spray paint it and then just rinse it off with water and you got a sick new board.

Create the design in ketchup. Spray paint over the whole board. Let it dry, then wash off the ketchup.

I never heard of using ketchup but I know Dish soap is being used. layout your dish soap pattern, paint with spray paint....rinse off with water when the paint is dry.

maybe not ketchup but if you do it with spray paint be careful not to use to much because that is another cause of global warming. but ya u can definately do that with spray paint
